Make Your Own Charcuterie Board & Wine Flight
Cheese & Wine?! Sign Me Up! Join us on Thursday, November 21st at 6:00pm for a classic ladies’ night out!
We will begin by setting you up with a beautiful flight of wine (red or white, the choice is yours) to enjoy while we learn how to make our own seasonal charcuterie board so you will be ready to host your friends and family this holiday season!
The extremely talented Ariel, from 6 East, who is a master at charcuterie art (did you see her display at the Christmas Gala last year?! It was a masterpiece) will be guiding us through the process of crafting a beautiful board filled with all the right goodies! She will help teach us what types of cheeses, meats, fruits, crackers, nuts and sweet treats to select when shopping (and give us tips on how much to buy for certain size groups), she will also show us how to arrange them in an aesthetically pleasing way and best of all - how to incorporate little seasonal treats to make them holiday party ready!
She’s not gatekeeping anything and is going to share all of her tips and tricks! Did we mention this is a working session, AKA we will be following along and making our own individual miniature charcuterie boards so we can ‘practice as she preaches’. We will be munching as we go on all the delectable treats or you can take your own individual board that you make to go if you prefer!
A ticket to this event is $70 and includes a delicious flight of 3 wines and all the fixings (cheeses, meats, dried fruits, crackers, nuts and bits of seasonal flare) for a miniature charcuterie board for each individual *each serving will only include a few tastings of each item to give examples of how to cut, display and arrange them. Please select if you prefer a red or white wine flight during check out.
Please note, there are no refunds or exchanges for Springfield Social Events. There are no exceptions to this rule, so pretty please don’t ask us. If something comes up (and believe me - we get it - we all know things tend to do that) we encourage you to sell or gift your ticket to a friend. Thanks for understanding!
We can’t wait to get social with you in Springfield!
